Tecnoeka presents the event "Monoporzioni Moderne" in collaboration with the Icook cooking school of Chieri (TO), which will see the great Italian pastry star Luca Montersino at work. During the event you will be able to taste the pastry delicacies that the pastry star will create thanks to the use of the combi ovens of the touch Eka line. Sweet tastes that will enliven the palate of the present people and will cuddle the curiosity toward the contemporary pastry universe.

The culinary event will take place in Tecnoeka's Tasting Room on Wednesday, July 26, 2017, starting at 2.30 pm.
